With the possible exception of birthday parties most people don’t like surprises. We want you to know as much as possible what to expect from our office.

  • Personal care – you will be cared for with friendly and compassionate people
  • A through history and examination. We take the time to listen to you and understand your condition. We will not only look at your structural health but also evaluate diet and lifestyle as they both play a major role in your back and spinal health.
  • Same day treatment- We will always try to give you some relief on your first day. We may continue to gather information to get a better picture of your health situation but we will provide some treatment to get some relief.
  • A diagnosis, evaluation and explanation of your condition. We will then give you our estimate on how long it will take to stabilize, correct (if possible) and maintain your health. It is your choice to decide on what level of care you want to receive.
  • An estimate of the out-of-pocket cost for your care. We will do our best to find out what your insurance will cover. However, insurance policies vary considerably and the information they supply is not always accurate. If forgoing your insurance is a better option, we will present that to you as an option.
  • A long-term care plan will be offered to you. Regular chiropractic care is one of the best ways to deal with the stresses of daily life. We find that most patients who receive regular chiropractic care are happier, experience less pain, have a better quality of life.
  • Health coaching – Stress is the largest contributing factor affecting our metabolism and in accelerating the aging process. It is intricately involved in the pain, inflammation and loss of energy that causes or contributes to our everyday problems. Stress comes from a variety of sources in our lives not just the mental and psychological sources that we think about. Diet and lifestyle factors play a major role in causing stress in our body. As a health coaching doctor, we will help find the areas in your life that are causing stress and solutions to reduce or eliminate them.
